We allow you time to inspect your jewellery for perfection and in case you wish to return it for some reason, we will take it back and refund the entire amount, if the return is within 30 days of the shipping date - no questions asked. Any product that is unused, not personalized and intact in its original condition can be sent back to us within 30 days and you can buy a new product in its place. You will receive complimentary return shipping for all products within the 30-day exchange policy.

The exchange amount will be 100% of actual amount paid. In case a coupon, or discount code was used while purchase, the exchange amount will be reduced by the equivalent amount of the coupon. In case the exchange value is higher than the amount already paid, customer will have to pay the additional amount. If the exchange value is lesser than the amount already paid, the balance amount will be paid via bank transfer.
The product needs to be returned along with the original certificate, tag and a copy of the invoice.
