Jewellery bought from Krishna Jewellers, Pearls & Gems can be exchanged or returned when the original invoice is produced and the piece is in good condition. Within 15 days of purchase, it is exchanged or returned for 100% of the invoice value, with the gold rate difference applied. After 15 days, gold is valued at the current day's price on net weight, diamonds at carat weight × prevailing market price (less 10% if you are taking a refund rather than exchanging), and polki, colour stones and pearls at 80% of the value paid. Birthstones cannot be exchanged or returned.

How prices are fixed

Gold and diamond prices are calculated at the market price prevailing on the day of return, not the price on the day of purchase.

Birthstones are not eligible

There is no exchange and no return on birthstones.

How a return or exchange is processed

  1. Bring the jewellery and the original invoice The piece should be in good condition and complete. If it is damaged, our team will carry out a separate valuation.
  2. Our team verifies the piece Condition, purity, net gold weight and diamond carat weight are checked against the invoice.
  3. Value is calculated at the day's rate Within 15 days, 100% of invoice value with gold rate difference. After 15 days, the material-wise schedule above is applied using that day's market prices.
  4. Exchange or refund is settled Choose a replacement piece and settle any difference, or take the refund as assessed.

What are polki, colour stones and pearls valued at?

After 15 days, polki, colour stones and pearls are valued at 80% of the value paid, whether you are exchanging or returning the piece.

Can birthstones be exchanged or returned?

No. There is no exchange and no return on birthstones.

What if my jewellery is damaged?

Jewellery should be in good condition. If a piece is damaged, our team will carry out a separate valuation before the exchange or return is processed.

Do I need the original bill?

Yes. The original invoice must be produced at the time of return or exchange.
